Furthermore, the order terms and conditions listed below are an integral part of these Terms of Service and incorporated by reference.
If you and Golden Paper Prints have entered into a separate written agreement, the terms of that agreement shall prevail over these Terms of Service in cases of conflict.
Please note: Our website and services are only intended for individuals 18 years and older. By accessing or using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

- By using our Services, Users are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted our Terms and Conditions.
- Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend services or terminate accounts if a user violates, or is alleged to violate, third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights—without prior notice.
- Users may not upload inappropriate, offensive, violent, or sexually explicit content. Accounts found in violation will be terminated immediately.
- Without written permission, Users shall not copy, reproduce, store, transfer, quote, or modify any materials published on our Site. Violation of copyright laws will result in legal action.
COPYRIGHT NOTICE & TRADEMARKS
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, designs, software, and compilations (collectively, “Content”), is the property of Golden Paper Prints, its licensors, or third-party providers.
Nothing on this Site should be interpreted as granting you a license to use any content, trademarks, or intellectual property without explicit written permission. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
The corporate identity, brand name “Golden Paper Prints,” and associated marks are trademarks of Golden Paper Prints in the United Arab Emirates and may also be registered in other countries. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
PRICING & PAYMENT METHODS
- Payments may be made by Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, or Credit/Debit Card.
- Orders require either:
- 100% advance payment, or
- 50% down payment with the balance payable upon delivery.
- Orders of 150 AED or less are eligible for Cash on Delivery. For orders above 150 AED, only Bank Transfer or Card Payments will be accepted.
- Production will not begin until proof of payment is received (for bank transfers). Please note: bank processing delays (up to 2 business days) may impact turnaround time.
- Users are responsible for ensuring accurate order and payment information. If a check or payment fails, we reserve the right to apply a 500 AED penalty.
VAT
As per UAE law, 5% VAT applies to all products and services. VAT will be added to the final invoice at checkout or upon billing.
ARTWORK / FILES SUBMITTED BY CUSTOMERS
- All artwork/files must be submitted in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi at the final print size.
- We are not responsible for printing issues (blurriness, pixelation, or color variations) caused by low-resolution files or non-CMYK formats.
- Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy of their artwork/print-ready files.
- While we take all precautions to protect uploaded files, we cannot be held liable for accidental loss, corruption, or deletion of files.
- By submitting artwork or content, you confirm that you legally own or have the rights to use the material.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates third-party rights, is offensive, immoral, or unlawful.
SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT LICENSE
From time to time, Golden Paper Prints may contact users to request permission to feature their social media content (images, videos, reviews, etc.) for marketing purposes. By granting consent, you provide Golden Paper Prints with a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content in our marketing channels.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Golden Paper Prints is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Site or Services. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the order placed.
CHANGES TO TERMS
Golden Paper Prints reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our Site constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
