Welcome to the Golden Paper Prints Help Centre — your go-to resource for everything related to printing, design, layout, and templates. We’re here to make your printing experience smooth, simple, and stress-free.
1. Printing Support
- File Types Accepted
We accept PDF, AI, PSD, EPS, and high-resolution JPG/PNG files. - Resolution Guidelines
For the best print quality, make sure your artwork is at least 300 DPI. - Color Mode
Always prepare files in CMYK mode to match print output. RGB files may look different when printed. - Bleed & Safety Margin
Add a 3mm bleed around your design and keep text/logos at least 5mm inside the safe area to avoid trimming.
2. Design Assistance
- Custom Design Services
Don’t have a ready design? Our creative team can help bring your ideas to life. - Design File Review
Before printing, we review your files to ensure they meet technical requirements. - Revisions
Minor adjustments (like resizing or alignment) can be made free of cost. Major design edits may involve an additional fee.
3. Layout Guidelines
- Text & Fonts
Use clear fonts and convert them to outlines/curves before submitting your file to avoid missing fonts. - Image Placement
Ensure all images are embedded or linked properly in your file. - Borders & Edges
Avoid placing important elements too close to the edge; they may be trimmed off.
4. Templates
- Free Templates
To make designing easier, we provide downloadable templates for business cards, flyers, brochures, posters, and more. - How to Use
Open the template in your preferred software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW), place your artwork, and follow the bleed/safe zone guides. - Request Custom Templates
