What We Need to Get Started
To create the best design for your print, please share:
- Final, proofread content in digital format.
- No scans or faxes that need typing.
- High-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi).
- A rough layout or sketch (if available) to guide us.
File Check & Preparation
We work with professional formats like AI, PSD, INDD, EPS, PDF.
If your file isn’t ready for print, don’t worry—we’ll fix it.
- Adjust files for print (from just AED 50).
- Update existing designs with new details.
- Correct issues like low-res images, edge text, or alignment.
Improving Your Existing Designs
Already have a design? We can:
- Make minor adjustments or updates.
- Recreate missing files if originals aren’t available.
- Suggest better finishes and paper types to upgrade your prints.
Our team always works with the latest Adobe Creative Suite for professional results.
Supported File Formats
We accept:
- Illustrator — .ai, .eps, .pdf
- Photoshop — .psd, .tiff
- InDesign — .indd (packaged) or .pdf
⚠️ Flattened files like .jpg cannot be edited and may need full recreation.

- Full payment for design fees is required upfront.
- No translation services offered.
- We’re not responsible for spelling or grammar in supplied text.
Recreate From Scans or Samples
Lost your original files? We can rebuild your artwork from a scan, photo, or printed sample.
- Cost: 50% of design fees for that size.
- Fonts and colors may vary slightly if originals are unknown.
- We aim to get it as close as possible.
